Dementia: Guidelines for Assessment and Differential Diagnosis

Dr. Singer's presentation provides an overview of Maine's State Plan for Dementia and the American Geriatric Society's Guide to Dementia Evaluation and Management. Dr. Singer also reviews general clinical aspects of dementia diagnostic assessment and treatment and provides examples of a range of cognitive diagnostic tools. Tools for differentiating dementia screening from depression and delirium are also reviewed.
